Pizza is a great way to use up leftovers.
The pizza we made the other night had the following toppings:
- Caramelized onion
- Australian Feta
- Grilled mushroom
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Chili flakes
I am loving the pizza dough recipe from Nancy Silverton, I wrote about in a previous post. It’s easy to make and well worth it. It’s a fairly wet dough, so make sure you have lots of flour on hand.
